After transitioning from the military due to a heart condition, Shane joined Veracity Research Company (VRC) as a private investigator, where their dedication earned them multiple awards for outstanding investigative work.

Shane later transitioned into the financial sector, joining Fidelity Investments in the Background Investigation Department. There, they received numerous accolades for contractor excellence and helped develop protocols to detect fraudulent employment information. Shane's career advanced further in Fidelity's Due Diligence Department, where they contributed to key initiatives, including media monitoring and mapping court systems across the U.S., earning further recognition.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Criminalistics from the University of North Texas.
